Related, someone posted this on Reddit, so I'm quoting:

    >If his companies were valued properly, Elon would be worth only $50 billion

    >Currently:

    >Tesla stake: he owns 20% of a company valued at 388x profit = $304B

    >SpaceX stake: he owns 42% of a company valued at 112x revenue = $882B (had to switch to revenue because SpaceX has no profit)

    >Twitter/Xai/cash (owns all of it): $33B

    >304+882+33 = $1.2T

    >Real valuations:

    >Tesla: value it at 11x profit like Ford and his ownership stake is worth $8.6B

    >SpaceX: value it at 1.7x revenue like Boeing and his stake is worth $13.3B

    >Twitter/Xai/cash: $33B

    >8.6+13.3+33 = $54.9B

It's not clear that a human was involved in writing this at all

You're being too polite, it's quite clear that no human was involved.

They figured out what headlines/topics get upvoted without reading and it's mostly crowd-pleasing ragebait slop.

TBF the same used to happen like ~15 years ago at the peak of blogspam. It was only a little bit more work.
